ABOUT US

I started this website out of a need not being met by my formal martial arts training, and because I felt not enough people knew how to protect and defend themselves and their families from violence.

What I am being taught in my kung fu school is largely not practical in today's world. And the necessary mindset and awareness are not addressed.

The news is filled with violence and crime. What would happen if just a few of those tragedies could be prevented if they had been armed with self-defense information? Maybe there would be less such "news." And more success and uplifting stories of people making a difference in the world.
